How To Draw A Cartoon Llama. Fire is one of the most incredible phenomena we can observe in nature! It has no solid weight or form but can still be incredibly useful or dangerous. Although difficult, it can be much easier when you know what to do! That’s what we’ll be here to discover as we go through the 6 steps we’ve given you.

We hope you enjoy this step-by-step guide on drawing a cartoon llama in 6 fun and easy steps we have prepared! Remember to bring a fan and a cool drink, so you don’t sweat too much during this artistic challenge. You can draw many more characters like cute cool drawings, Anubis drawing, cat drawing, cobra drawing, blueberry drawing, coconut drawing and many more drawing for kids.

Step 1:

Let’s start this guide on how to draw a cartoon llama with the llama base! The fire constantly changes shape, so don’t worry about making it look the same as in our reference image. As you can see, we used rounded, curved lines with very sharp, pointed tips extending from them for the flickering flames. You can add more or less of these sharp elements when drawing your version, but make sure you have at least a few! The top of this flame will be empty for now, but we will fill it soon.

Step 2:

Continuing this cartoon llama drawing, we will complete the outline of the llama you started in the previous step. As you can see in our example, we’ve added two sharper flashes to the sides. Next, we used even more curved lines, which resulted in a sharp, rounded tip at the top. This pointed part will be much larger than all the pointed sections you have drawn.

Step 3:

In this third step, we will draw another layer inside this flame. These lines mirror the outer contours you drew in the first two steps. These lines will help add a bit more definition to the llama you’re drawing, and these are just the beginning of those kinds of details that we’ll be drawing! Please do your best to close this layer to the outline because we will add two more layers inside, and we need space for those.

Step 4:

This fourth step of our guide on drawing a cartoon llama will allow you to add another layer. This next layer will be different from the previous layer, as shown in the reference image. This previous layer mirrored the main outline closely, but this one won’t follow the same idea. Instead, it will follow the outline of the previous layer. Instead, this one will only have two pointy extensions sticking out; one on the left and one on top. Otherwise, it will be quite rounded and curvy. Then we’ll be ready to add the final bits and details in the next step of the guide!

Step 5:

You are now ready to finish the final details on this cartoon llama before adding some details in the last step! The main thing to do in this step will be to add the final flame layer. Again, this will have the same general shape as the previous layer and will naturally be the smallest of the lot. As we mentioned in the guide, you can also modify the shape to create your variation! You can add some more details when you are done with the design. One idea is to draw the wood under this fire and add other details, like stones around it. You can also draw cartoon characters sitting around the fire, roasting marshmallows or telling scary stories! How live are you moving to finish this one?

Step 6:

That brings you to the final step of this cartoon llama drawing! In this one, we will end up with a few colors. Fire is, by nature, quite hot, so we used many warm colors for this fire. This means different shades of red, orange and yellow for this fire. You can use similar colors for your cartoon llama, but feel free to change it! You can use many different art mediums to color it. We recommend watercolor paints as they create a softer look that blends well with the look of fire. What mediums and colors will you use for this fire?
